The food is good. Typical Wingstop wings. The service was bad, but I don’t believe it was due to the employees. We waited about 45 minutes to get our food. There was a constant flow of delivery food going out. When we left, there were no less than 7 people waiting to pick up to go orders. Might be better to call ahead for pickup.

Ordered a boneless wing combo and it looks like they took a chicken strip and cut it into little tiny pieces was hardly any sauce on the “wings” and the fries were soggy yet somehow that was the one thing that took the longest to make so I figured they’d be at least a little fresh. tried calling and of course they don’t ever answer so figured I’d make a review . Such a waste of money Doesn’t even deserve one star but I had no choice This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up on my food. Definitely last time I will go there

Dont normally leave reviews but this was quite possibly the worst experience ive had somewhere. Customer service was near non existent not to mention the cashier couldn’t bother to speak above a mumble, food was gross and way more greasy compared to other locations and the drink machine wasn’t working right and they didn’t have any tea in the pots. Restaurant was dirty and couldn’t hear anything over the music they were blasting in the back off a Bluetooth speaker. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Came in tonight and ordered buffalo ranch fries. It was mentioned several times that was what I wanted. Got home with my order and they gave me plain fries! Servers were super rude. Place smelled awful and they were blaring rap music with cuss words in it. Horrible experience!

Saturday about 7pm. This is my local store and it’s always consistent with flavor and cook time. Ordered a 10 piece bone in with fries and a drink for $12.49. 5 medium and 5 lemon pepper. It’s a lot of food! So full. Coke machine is new but the TVs are small and no volume. Radio is playing in the dining area. I’m a spice weakling and their medium is almost spicy. I could handle more

Everytime i go I hope to find a better wing place. Parking is the worst and the place is never really clean, soda machine is always sticky and I tried to get break with no drink I was told I will get charged the same. So I paid and the lady wasn’t going to give me my drink which I said I’m paying for it so I want it and I ended up giving it some kids that were there.

The order was full of geese it was literally drinch in grees they gave me burnt fries nd when I requested for new order of fires the lady at the register said they didn’t have any more fries and the dipping sauce was very mini container they said they don’t do regular size dipping sauce anymore the worse experience ever. Sure I was only employeed here for training but it’s been over two weeks payday was the fifth, the hours I worked were 10 days prior to that] I should have been paid and every time I call someone tells me to call back or call another number so I guess they don’t pay people if they quit because I believe that’s against the law? I ordered a 10 piece wing, celery and fries. I was told I had to pay for the Blu cheese. The order was way over priced to charge for the Blu cheese. That should be FREE!! I’m out done!!
