So sad how this company has gotten so bad. I ordered a 12 piece dark only family pack and got 6 wings, 3 drum sticks and 3 “breasts” that were mainly the breading very little meat. I was not going to leave a review but it’s the second time it happens. Last time the chicken was so dry it looked like it was days old. I drove back and even the manager said it was really bad.

Ordered only chicken sandwiches for the family (2 classic crispy, 1 spicy classic, and 2 blackened spicy). Ordered a small Mac and cheese and large seasoned fries. Sandwiches were super tasty. The fries were some of the BEST seasoned fries we’ve had! Kudos to Horizon Popeyes, great service!

The biscuit for my meal had green mold and unfortunately I did not notice till I had eaten most of it since it was on the bottom. It’s odd because of the 2 biscuits that came with our meal this was the only one with mold. Anyway, never going back.

I placed order at 542 waited until 617. Still, no food. Orded a family meal.16 piece box with 2 extra sides. when I asked a kid for my refund, he called manger who came to talk to me 5 minutes later. Looking around I noticed that there was no attention to the inside part of restaurant. Windows, transparent plastic that was above cash register were spotted and dirty. The line divider was stick, and dust bunnies were on decor. Coke machine was sticky with spouts that needed to be removed and cleaned. I do not recommend anyone go to this Popeyes. I know i will not go again.

Service was a bit slow, we had to ask what happened to our meal after we had been waiting about 20 minutes. Fortunately, the chicken strips with fries and the nuggets were very tasty and fresh. The restaurant was clean, so that’s definitely a plus.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I received biscuits hard as rocks and with green MOLD… literal mold. That is so gross and disgusting now I’m questioning the chicken my family ate and hope we do not get sick and I called the restaurant and of course nobody answered. So beware do not go here unless you want to get sick from eating moldy old food.

I ordered the Family Meal. The red beans and rice tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for about 5 hours. The rice was so hard it could have chipped a tooth. I usually love the red beans and rice but I was very disappointed tonight. When I tried to call, no one answered the phone. Not very good customer service.
