First thing we noticed upon entering is how LOUD the music is. I am glad the employees are able to enjoy themselves, but… during business hours the music needs to be turned down a bit (maybe down to 20 at least ).

I’ve had bad experiences at this location but this time was better. At first, I was a little bit concerned when I went to pick up my order and my food wasn’t on the shelf but I asked about my order and she had my bag behind the counter. If I was starving, I would’ve been annoyed because I ordered ahead and I was hoping to just grab and go but I assume either they just finished and just kept it nearby or they’ve been having issues with people taking the wrong orders or stealing.

This Chipotle location is just annoying to go to. When you walk in, you’re immediately greeted with a bunch of signs to read. The signs are to inform you what they’re out of for the day (i.e. salad dressing, lettuce, sour cream). Then there’s another sign telling you to pay with your card or exact change. The pandemic is over, why don’t you have change????

It’s Chipotle so the food is good There is usually quite a wait for online orders. Today the staff seemed overwhelmed and the security personnel helped to pack the online orders for pickup without gloves! Sanitizing or washing hands. This defeats the efforts of the sanitized and gloved up employees.

It was getting kind of busy when I went. When I entered, there was only one person in front of me, but while I was waiting, the line grew quickly. It was late afternoon. Online, it describes the restaurant as pick-up and take-out only, so I was surprised that there were actually seats and people were eating inside. Food was typical. Service was okay. There were several handwritten signs stating that it is cards or exact change only. I don’t know if that is new or if it’s always been like that. I didn’t ask either.

Please teach employees the difference between regular Tabasco and Chipotle Tabasco. They always mess it up! I went today as a mystery shopper. Chicken tasted like it was boiled.. no char at all. Fajita veggies must have been the last few at the bottom of the pan. Restaurant itself had a weird smell. Honestly the worst Chipotle ive ever had! Couldn’t even eat it!!! Please step it up!!!

The Chipotle brand has been around way too long to be associated with horrible reviews. First this location is disgusting, food and drinks on the floors and countertops. Empty cups outside the front of the store. The grills were black and needed cleaning. The food area was not wiped down. The food was not seasoned the chips were crushed. This location should be closed down or new management ASAP! Please stop undermining and delivering under whelming services in our wonderful communities. The staff had on sleeping bonnets and walking around with what seems like they had nothing to do. Maybe sweep or mop the eating area or wipe tables but don’t just stand around. I’ve had this chipotle two days in a row and the guacamole was brown on both days! I went to the store yesterday only to find out that you had to place a mobile order and not allowed inside. Secondly, my bowl was tasteless and most of it was cold. Well today, my lunch was provided by my job and the order was placed through doordash. I received my bowl, there was missing items in my bowl, and the chicken wasn’t seasoned at all! Huge piece of guacamole found in bowl, smh. There must not be management at this location to oversea the cooks, nor to ensure that their customers are receiving satisfying service there. Please do better Watkins Park Chipotle.

Today I spent 80 dollars on bowls that I received that look like pictures below. Ths fact that anyone working in food service would allow this to leave even though I paid for extra protein on all my bowls. On one bowl there is literally 12 pieces of meat. Is this a joke. This location continues to have horrible service. In fact most of the locations in pg county deliver horrible service.
