I ordered a six piece chicken strip basket with gravy, and a vanilla milkshake. I correctly received my items I drove the 5 minutes from Dairy Queen to work to eat it for lunch. I ate it as soon as I arrived, and I was incredibly disappointed. I used to love the chicken strip baskets, but this one I hated. Did you find this toast in the back of the storage closet, warmed it up in a microwave and put butter on it and send it on its way. Because that’s what it tasted like and that’s what it felt like and that’s what it looked like. The chicken was disgusting, the breading was okay, but the chicken was disgusting it was dry as all get out, not even the gravy could save it. And don’t even get me started on the onion rings, they were pretty much just an excess of breading with a hint of what may possibly have been an onion. The milkshake was just sad, did nothing for me. Eating Dairy Queen made my day even more miserable than it already was. I won’t be back for quite a while.

Ive come through here often enough to say that they are working there hardest. The place is clean and with amount of times I’ve seen customers get angry or upset over an ice cream mistake and start yelling at the employees is crazy but they’ve always kept calm and tried there hardest to fix the mistake with a smile on their face. Working fast food is never going to be easy but you all are doing an amazing job at it. Keep it up. Definitely get my respect. Would definitely recommend.

The last couple of times we stopped at DQ the place was dirty. We picked out the least dirty table we could find and wiped it down with the fresh naps they provide. The food came out very quickly, but was not hot.

First time I’ve used there app for orrville. They forgot things, didn’t toast the bread, forgot extra gravy, the 3 pops and charged me 5 something to much and the sprite I had to dump out it was just carbonated water no sprite yuk . I was excited to take my grandkids and this was a big disappointment, won’t do there app no more if they can’t read it. It’s all on my receipt what I ordered but did not receive.

Absolutely terrible. The service is just so bad. If you’re getting anything but ice cream they should just switch to ice cream only because their food is cold by the time you get it. Their management is so bad or non existent. Once they sold from It went completely downhill. Do not go here. Just go buy her on ice cream and make it.

Food is disgusting. Be ready to receive burgers that have sat for hours, buns completely soaked through and mushy, zero taste from patties (are these even fried?), big globs of ketchup and mustard that falls off the side when you take a bite. Pitiful. Ice cream + onion rings are good though. Also, when contacting corporate about the terrible burgers, received no response.
