I got home after ordering my food from here. When I got home after eating 3 wings I noticed a long piece of hair in my food. The store was closed so I called the following day 8/29 2:42pm. They told me to comeback with my receipt and they would me a refund. When I arrived they said they can’t give me a refund and they never spoke to me on the phone. I have never in my life been told this before.

I work here as an assistant Manager. Its a pretty decent job. I just feel that we should get paid more & be recognized by all the hard work we put in to make sure we follow their guidelines. “Hot & Ready”. I do feel very underpaid. But overall it is a good job & learning experience
