This store should be shut down for health violations! I went in there at around 7 pm on 8/3/2023. As I approached the counter I could see food all over it. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were dishes on the counter behind him piled up everywhere. The whole kitchen was disgusting and the employees were all just standing around talking. The manager of the store was running around in the dining room and talking to all the employees but not making them clean or do anything. At one point one of the employees slipped on something spilled on the floor and just kept walking through it. The food was absolutely not edible and from what I did eat I got a stomach ache pretty bad. Don’t waste your money going here for horrible food. I will be calling the health board on them today for sure!

this store is the worst chipotle in the area – waiting time is always long because the line doesn’t move for 30 min sometimes. The counter or the kitchen doesn’t look clean, the food quality is bad (chicken is always burned), the portion are smaller and smaller every time you go, they charge extra for everything, and when you place a take out, the order is always missing something. I go there for convenience but will definitely stick with the other stores and avoid this one.

8:47 PM not to busy, most of the employees were messing around, non of the tables had been cleaned off, floors littered with food. Dirty trays left sitting in plain site neat the grilling areas. The toppings are was not wiped and topping had others inside. Out of corn, but corn pieces had fallen inside the medium salsa and I won’t even talk about the women’s restroom!

Seemed to be more employees fooling around than waiting on customers. Arrived fairly early at 5:15pm. Only 1 person in front of us. Still had to wait quite a while to order. Only 1 table was clean which is also unacceptable considering none were occupied & it wasn’t busy yet. Not sure if it was the brown rice or the chicken, but I kept chewing on several very hard bits of something. I was afraid of breaking a tooth it was that hard! Not sure when we will visit again. We always eat in, & this isn’t the first time the tables have been a mess. It’s a shame, because we have always really liked Chipotle!

So I came in after a family gathering with my daughter, we are from Akron ,love the two on the west side ,first time in this location,.Walked in to the line not too long maybe five people ,so the guy on the grill behind the line was cutting chicken and looked up at me stared randomly ,then winked at me ,he then did it to the guy behind me ,Best steak I’ve had I awhile. Fun experience

Food is great but the service is on some days and on some days it get really difficult to tell them what I want in my bowl, they seem to not understand it really is embarrassing. Please also change kids build your meal. My kid prefers rice and she likes the rice served in the bigger part if the container so it’s easy to eat, you serve rice like in smaller compartments it is so difficult to eat from there and also the quantity is less, please skip the tortilla and give some kids who prefer rice a larger portion.

Are you interested in your burrito being served cold? Do you want ingredients missing from you meal? Then this is the place for you. Unfortunately, when we order Chipotle to be delivered, we are always defaulted to this location. I can’t tell you the last time they got an order correct. There are serious problems at this location with employee training and quality control. We have complained multiple times and nothing improves. Save yourself the disappointment and go to the location on 82 if you need a Chipotle fix.
