I went to the Wings Factory today for lunch. The restaurant itself seemed dingy and not the cleanest. Old tables and a couple of small dead roaches on the bathroom floor. The customer service was “meh”-not rude, but not welcoming. I ordered the 10 wings combo, extra crispy. The person cooking interpreted “extra crispy” as near burnt. The flavor of the sauce (honey garlic parmesan) was barely detectable. Overall, if I am desperate, it’s not the worst option, but if I had the time to drive to a better option, I would.

They called this a fish taco, gyro bread with a bunch of hot sauce and shredded cheese. I was more than disappointed, this has to be a joke. I would make this if I was broke and this was all I had in the kitchen to use.

My normal every Friday but now there are 2 new girls who put you on hold and never come back to the phone. I was literally on the phone for 15 mins and wasn’t helped until I got to the counter needless to say she never came back to the phone nor hung it up. I sat there the got my food and everything. Smh

Food is decent…nothing special. Placed an online order, charged a convenience fee, and told to show up in 20 minutes for pickup. Got there in 15-20 minutes and they hadn’t started my order. Service is bland as if they didn’t want to be there and didn’t appreciate my business. With prices rising, I will be selective where I spend my money…they haven’t given me a reason to return.

Wings so good and cooked crispy. Plenty of flavor options and you can mix. The best food spots are always in the hood and this one is just that. Make sure to get all three ( peach lemonade and fruit punch koolaid) Extra Lrg.

$1/wing usually means good quality wings. The sauce was good, but they have the tiniest wings I’ve ever seen and some of the drums were about as big as a quarter. Don’t know how this place is so highly rated, you can pay $1/wing almost anywhere else and get twice the food.
