I gave this place a chance just out of interest while I was walking down the Ave one day and I was really surprised. The Chinese crepes are delicious and there are a lot of options to choose from. They aren’t expensive and you get a pretty good sized crepe that is stuffed.

Master Bing did it again! Ordering was fun and easy. The rest was just magic. The Tempura Shrimp Jianbing was my favorite. I wish the Peking Duck Jianbing had more meat though. Pleasant staff and fast service.

This is my first time trying jianbing, and I was not disappointed! I tried the mushroom jianbing, that is one of their vegetarian options, and loved the crunchy dough inside it. Very tasty!

I’m visiting Seattle for the first time from the east coast and I’d say this is the the best Jianbing I’ve ever had in the US. A lot of good stuff in it and the place is so clean. The Jianbing is very authentic and so satisfying!!
