The only reason I bought a Cup of Coffee was there wasn’t a coffee pot in our room. 6,00 for a cup is ridiculous and it didn’t even taste that good. I didn’t drink coffee for a week. On a side note it didn’t take the clerk long to ” make” it. It really didn’t taste good at all.

Cashier with the pink hair is very sweet however Violeta was very rude. Asked for no whip, which was clearly marked on the cup. Was given whip. When I asked for it to be removed Violeta gave attitude. Then handed the cup back covered in the sticky whipped cream on the side and no lid. I asked if she could wipe it off and she said “the napkins are behind you” and then ignored me when I asked multiple times for a lid.

I had a horrifying experience at this branch. I initially ordered one tall and one grande size but they gave me two grande size. When i told them they got my order wrong, an employee named Laryssa just threw a drink off at the sink and toast me a tall size drink very rudely without checking my order, not even saying a simple word. So i asked her if i was wrongly charged two grande drinks (I didn’t know that i paid for two grande drinks because the staff who got my order made a mistake.) then she angrily took my wrong drink, just threw it off again, poor the new one and toast roughly the drink to me WITHOUT A WORD OR ANY APOLOGY. I almost took a tall size drink though i was charged two grande. When i tried to figure it out accurately, she repeated “I gave you two grande but you wanted a tall size.” How ridiculous. She should have checked their misatake at first.

One server was nice, but just brewed coffee took almost 30 minutes to get and was still bad tasting. The store seemed to be understaffed as well, or some of the staff just ignored you.

Very strict social distancing which is great. Sadly our visit they were out of the impossible breakfast sammich which loses one start. Otherwise the experience was typical of Starbucks with reliable quality and coffee.
