I don’t know why Taco Bell is considered a Mexican. It’s not Mexican at all. All the food is processed plus the name of the things are not right. If I am looking for Mexican I do not consider on my mind a hard shell of “tortilla” with ground beef with lettuce and tomatoes. That’s not right.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. The lady working the drive Eugenia or as they called her genia was a very rude nasty lady. She continued to make very smart remarks when we were just trying to order our food. I get she was probably overwhelmed from working but you should never take it out on your customers especially not just because they’re ordering food. And then when we got to the window she continued to look at us with a very rude face like we did something wrong. You could tell the guy working with her was scared of her too. So, as a Conservative, I went into this location and was treated with such disrespect and disregard that I am totally furious. I walked away because management says that I must order from the kiosk. I was paying cash and Corporate Policy now is that everyone must order this way, and by the way, Corporate is in California and they don’t take calls. I’m a senior citizen who wants to be waited on by a person. Some female manager started threatening me with calling her district manager and she was completely tyrannical with her authority. Taco Bell has lost my business permanently no matter where I go.

Toilet paper in your bathroom would be nice (especially since your staff is just standing around on their phone not greeting anyone, taking any orders, or even having any level of professionalism), so would any level of customer service. If no stars was an option, I would pick that.

Unfortunately there is no Mexican style fast food competition in state, so Taco Bell gets away with selling sub par food. The tacos are nothing but shell and lettuce, very little meat or cheese. Same with the chicken chllupa, nothing but lettuce. Same at all Taco Bells.The Mexican pizza was good though.This particular one had no napkins in the dispensers and no clean tables in the dining area. Wish we could get a del taco in Indiana and they would put Taco Bell out of business. Some genius at Taco Bell also decided to stop serving their best item, the chili cheese burrito.
