I came to this spot to get a burger. I was not in a rush so I came inside. An employee by the door greeted me and said good morning with a smile. I ordered my burger to go and something was wrong with the credit card machine. The very nice and polite cashier Tammy said if I had cash. Unfortunately, I didnt have enough cash for the burger. I gave her another card and machine was not working. I was more than willing to go to an atm as I know most people these days would just get mad and take it out on the employees. She said it was ok, sorry for the Inconvenience. I told her I wouldnt mind going and coming back. I appreciate that great customer service. Fast service too. Before I left I asked the other employee who greeted me what her name was. She said Sandra. Sorry if I heard it wrong. They both looked at eachother wondering why I wanted her name but I said “Thanks for telling me great morning and thank you both for today, have a great day” they both smiled. I appreciate the interaction today. Two good employees. Place was clean and was really shocked how fast I got my food. Once again, Thank you ladies!!!

Extremely Disappointed. I always go to Fatburger whenever I visit LV. This was very upsetting. Placed my order online for delivery and tracked my order. I knew there was something going on when the tracking time kept increasing yet driver was at the location. The food wasn’t complete when the driver arrived which isn’t entirely upsetting because that meant it was fresh. When the food arrived and we checked the bag is where it went wrong. Missing an entire burger and cookies. The order closed on Ubers end so there was no way to report the issue and no number to call. Frustrating paying for food I didn’t receive.

The burgers are always top 5 best! This location wasn’t busy. The music was a little loud for my liking, just because I was with friends and like to converse without yelling. The staff was courteous. I Highly recommend Fatburger and this location. I didn’t photo this time. But I got the XXXL and it was fantastic. This was my friends first time and he loved it too!

Came here with a Groupon. Was expecting it to be a disappointment because of it. However the burger was great! The fries were hot and crispy! And the soda was spot on! Place could of been a bit cleaner. Overall it was a good experience.

They close at 11:30p because they’re half staff rn. Which is understandable, but the lady that approached the window just opened and looked at us like what did we want without a greeting or saying anything. Just gave us a face. When my partner asked her if we order with her or back at the intercom she said no we’re close. So i asked her, about online stating they close at 12a. And thats when she mentioned they are half staff. Again completely understandable, but she couldve started off with that instead of just looking at us like we were bugging her. Maybe she had a bad day, no worries it happens. So we decided to just wait until today to order. This time, we didnt drive all the way up there, we got the food delivered. The food was good, I Love Fatburger. But on both our sandwhiches one side was burnt, and the other side wasn’t.
