The lady that took my order was super sweet …I got the papaya salad and another cold noodle dish that she recommended and both were on point. To bad we live far away but we will definitely go back once we go back.

Beware of this restaurant! sadly me and my boyfriend and 2 year old son had gotten food poisoning from this location. Horrible experience the beef pho was extremely salty. I highly believe they are not doing things right in this restaurant. My son had constant diarrhea and puked after we left the restaurant. Same with us adults. (I don’t even wanna give it one star but I have to so I can be able to post this review.

Ordered a Banh Mi #1 sandwich and the pork belly was 90% fat and grizzle. I thought it’d have more meat like good bacon. Nope! Other than that (throwing that meat out) it was excellent. Great bread, marinated vegetables and dressing. Impossible to find good traditional Banh Mi in the Eastside!

Won’t be there anymore. The owner called our number but gave the wrong order to us. When the we and other customer asked about the order, the owner claimed that we should take the responsibility for the wrong order. And they judged us for not knowing the size of their order.

Not once but twice! First time I got a rancid piece of beef in my soup, the second time I watched a mask fall off a workers face into the open air pho pot, she laughed and served a bowl a few minutes later. I would never eat there ever again you have been warned!

Forgets my order after 12 other people received theirs. A cold cut sandwich took over 25 min to make and get into my hand. I was actually the first one placing order before the busy lunch hour kicked in. This is just ridiculously absurd and I’ll have to think again before considering this place next time.

No matter how good the food doesn’t make up for terrible service. Took 25 min to make my dish. I saw at least three people who ordered after me get their food. They told me my dish takes longer. I don’t think because so I’ve ordered the same dish multiple times. Lame.
