I usually get good service here, but last night it wasn’t good at all. We were in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. My deluxe chicken sandwich looked like it was just thrown together. The inside of the bun was burnt! Was completely black. My husband asked for sauce for his chicken nuggets, and of course he didn’t get it.

I used to like going to this McDonald’s, but now I am at the point where I just drive to the one on 71. Every time I try going back it just get worse. The service just sucks. My order is never right, food is cold, servers are just rude and management just doesn’t seem to care! I would not recommend the Greenwood location.

Just had a great breakfast there. Inside there’s a large leather Chesterfield sofa and alot of modern with natural wood decor. Also, around the side theres additional seating with added activity tablets to keep the kids happy. The staff was very kind to us as well.

The McDonald’s in Greenwood Arkansas is straight up horrible!!! If I could have given zero stars I absolutely would!! The drive through is the issue, under trained kids who also do not listen. I have numerous times been extremely detailed as to avoid issues. No matter my order was still messed up! I immediately went inside to which I was standing there forever waiting on someone. This even though not a soul but me there! Finally after I spoke up I was met with deer in the headlights look. Okay mind you everyone makes mistakes and these are just kids. He redid the mistake which I thoroughly explained again. He handed me the New One, it was EXACTLY Like the one I just handed him!!!! I’m not alone!! A family member allergy to cheese!!! Same sincero except Extremely Rude employee!!! They redid it 3 times people!!!! He asked clearly No Cheese!!! Every single one STILL HAD CHEESE ON IT!! And he’s allergic!!

Almost every time My family comes through here there is something wrong with the food in small ways like asking for extra pickles and getting 1 or extra sauce and getting menial amount, but it was honestly more upsetting when tonight we paid for a large fry and came home with a large fry container lazily filled 1/4 of the way

Absolutely the fastest service from a fast food restaurant I have received in a long time. Usually there’s great customer service but occasionally there is a rude person in the drive thru. But I’m imagining that that is consistent with all the other places as well. One thing you cannot get here is chicken breast tenderloins without seasoning.
