I haven’t eaten here in a long time, because the last time I had a meal here, the customer service of the servers was very poor. So I decided to give it another shot after a few years… The same poor service. They make you wait for a long time and they even forgot stuff that came with the meal like toast…. Better to get food to go instead because they have excellent food. If only the service was as good as the food… This place would be awesome.

I was here a few years ago and my opinion hasn’t changed. Took my family for brunch and sadly, the experience was bad. We were seated in a table where the table was sticky. Followed by staff not introducing themselves. Their lack of knowledge about the menu was apparent. Did not even know what “artificial sweetener” was. The food was blah. Portions were big but I feel it was to cover the lack of seasoning and flavor and lack of technique of food preparation. Pancakes were grainy, french toast was undercooked and served wet! Never again.

We were told by another customer and the manager, that the health department was visiting this restaurant. I guess this is what had all of the staff on edge, but they shouldn’t take it out on their customers. In my opinion it would have been better to close the restaurant for a few hours if they couldn’t effectively seat and serve their customers with respect. We were never given a menu. I had to stand up and borrow one from a customer that was in line. I stood up to ask for water when my mom was choking because the waitresses ignored us. I was told to wait at which point I reached for the cup and was finally served water for my choking mother who has congestive heart failure. The food is always too greasy for me but we came as a special treat for my mother.

The food was bland. I ordered a lettuce wrapped bacon burger, but they gave me the biggest bun imaginable. I’m doing keto so that bun was too tempting. Lol. The bacon was not crispy. My side salad was tasteless. The waitress was friendly tho. Seems like they have new owners. I probably won’t come back to this place.

Went there for chicken fried steak. The gravy was good, The chicken fried steak was frozen and had lots of gristle in it. Service was good, although they forgot to bring me my toast. Not a bad place. But I don’t think I will be going back.

It was very good..I had breakfast which was wonderful and too much but very good and one of us has deviled egg sandwich that was amazing….spoon good. Thats what I’m getting next time or a salad with scoops of egg on top. Did not rush you and very attentive, if your looking for someplace new go to Tinas.

I ordered food to go. I had never been here before but always heard about it,good things. I was originally going to eat inside but had something come up that made me have to get it to go. I came in around 11 30 am on a Friday , it took forever for anyone to acknowledge me and I had to go get my daughter by noon so I decided I’d come back. There’s also no visible menu and they told me to scan the qr code.

Service was excellent!! I ate what I could of a plate with cheesy ham and scrambled eggs, hash browns, and biscuits with gravy. The portions are large, definitely shareable! You really should try this place out. You won’t be disappointed!
