Very clean restaurant. The outside was very nice and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful with ordering. The pictures of the food did not match what we received. The food was good but did not meet the expectations we saw on the pictures from the order board or from the outside of the restaurant. I really like the updated decor. This restaurant is located in killen Alabama. I definitely would come here again. The big sandwich that we ordered was the barbecue pub sandwich and it looked nothing like the picture. It was a simple cheeseburger with added barbecue sauce, extra meat patty, French fried onions, bacon and the regular stuff that comes on cheeseburger. It was not the gigantic burger that was posted. It was very small. It still tasted good. I ordered the pub fries and was a little disappointed that it had maybe one tablespoon of cheese and maybe one piece of bacon crumbled up. Next time I will know to ask for extra cheese because it barely had enough cheese to say that it had cheese on it. It’s like they give you the impression that you’re going to get way more than what you get and then they hand you something that’s a sample of it or something. But I will definitely order the pub fries again because they were very tasty. They just need more cheese. I suggest if you’re really hungry to order two of the pub BBQ burgers because they are tiny.

Usually we get great service and food here. This wasn’t the case on Sunday evening. The food was cold, the service was less than average, the milkshakes tasted like sour milk, three employees were on break at peak hours, the young man acted like the manager was extremely rude and utterly disrespectful, he walked out in front of my husband as we were leaving…. we were likely we didn’t hit him. The drive thru was backed up, the inside was pretty much vacant…. they still couldn’t manage to get the job done. They wonder why they can’t get employees. The only good thing Sunday evening was the sweet young lady that took our order… she was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did the very best she could.

I ordered online for a pickup order which was completely paid for but yet was denied service. I asked why and they said they never received the order (even though it was confirmed) and they won’t serve me. They gave me attitude and when I said I’ll just order again here the managers just walked away Huffing away.
