Have ordered from this location several times. It is okay, but can be inconsistent. Once I got an adult sized burrito with 2 peices of chicken in it. Other times, chips have been not the freshest. Otherwise, experiences so far have been fine. This time, however, we went over an hour before closing time, and the doors were locked. Lights were on inside, and staff was prepping the line and chatting. We knocked, and they would not look up at us. There was no sign on the door, so not sure why they were closed or why they couldn’t just say “hey, sorry but we are closed” instead of ignoring us.

Moe’s started offering new sauces: Poblano Crema, Kickin’ Cayenne and Moe’s Sauces. They are being advertised heavily which makes me think they would be proud to have customer try them. The problem is that already twice I have placed an order via the app to carry out, I made my sauce selections, and when I pick-up my food from the restaurant, once I get home I realize the sauces were not included. This has happened twice in a row. I am yet to try any of the sauces because the staff keeps forgetting them. I have submitted feedback about it. The first time, the manager called and apologized, said staff would be trained better. Second time this happened I submitted feedback again, and this time, no one called me. I attempted to receive feedback a second a third time and no one ever contacted me. I finally called the customer service phone number, and the person who took the called checked the notes and saw that the determination from the manager was that they were going to train the staff, but no contact with the customer would be done. This was very frustrating. I am going to try a third time, and I wonder if I will finally get a chance to try these sauces. We’ll see. For now, I share my high level of disappointment with this store.

I GOT THE MIDDLE FINGER for just sitting down and eating my food. This is the worst place ever. The service is bad and the food is cold and hard. So disgusting . I will come back with stories after I contact someone to complaint. But please do not eat here.

Everything tasted off. It was like everything was old. They were out of cookies and did provide a side of queso, but only mentioned it when I asked. Guy straight skipped me in line and seemed so over it. Definitely not the standard, “Welcome to Mooooooe’s” friendliness. Soda machine was super laggy and out of a lot of flavors. Poor excuse for the franchise.

Moes is good fast burritos. Love the older music rock and roll look over the lets try to use hip words and stuff on the walls. Seems a bit more plastic now compared to the old Moes before they jacked up the menu. Food is good, homewrecker has shrunk over the years but is still as good. Not a bad place to eat. Very clean, people are nice. Salsa is great.

I placed an order through Door dash. My order was wrong, so I drove to the store and spoke to the on duty manager. the manager was arguing with another customer when I arrived. He doesn’t belong in customer service at all. he was very rude and said “if you don’t like it, go somewhere else to eat.” That is exactly what I’ll do. I will never order from any Moes again. I’m not going to pay $70 to get yelled at by the manager.

Decided to go to Moe’s for the first time hoping it would be a good experience. The lady in the large glasses with curly black hair was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason on my first visit, to the point that I actually considered addressing it to her face (it was that uncalled for). I took maybe 3 seconds to decide if I wanted guac on the side or in my bowl and she literally shook her head and rolled her eyes at me for taking too long for her, as if it was an inconvenience to her when there was literally not one other person in line. This woman should not be in customer service if she has the patience of a 99-year-old man when I was extremely polite. I will not be coming back.
