Ordered food from this place. Cucumber sauce missing from the order and food is way under cooked. Called them to explain and lady in the phone called me a liar and said she can’t do nothing and shes 200% right and she knows she puts cucumber sauce/yogurt in the bag. Said she’s the only one working today and that was her excuse.

We’ve been to several locations and we’re so excited to see one open closer to us! Every location we’ve been to the customer service has been great! My husband made a comment this location staff was probably the nicest he’s encountered. Food was amazing as well!

After 10yrs coming back to VA I went here and was surprised that the portions got smaller. However, the juju kebab and Kubedeih are still good and delicious. The kebabs are juicy and I will highly recommend it. The chicken roll is good choice to for lunch.

The problem here is just not keeping up with the cleanliness of the establishment. It appears that the staff is not concerned with keeping the eating areas for the customers clean.This was not a case of being busy as there were less than 7 customers in the establishment. During the time we were eating we saw no one come and clean any of the tables. While the food is good if the place is not clean it makes you question coming back…

Got the saffron ice cream opened it and saw all the ice crystals which was fine at first. Then proceeded to take a bite and all I could feel in my mouth was ice. Took it back to the counter and let them know it wasn’t any good. Asked if I could exchange it for a Doogh, and was told there isn’t anything they can do about it. The lady cashier had attitude and didn’t want to hear me out. I wasn’t even asking for a lot! All they had to do was just take the ice cream back and give me some doogh. Needless to say I won’t be coming back.

Moby’s is self service. You place the order and go get the food when they let you know it’s ready. You get your own drinks. I still like the food (especially the fresh pita and homemade hummus), but I don’t think it’s quite as good as it used to be. It would be good if they gave more salad and less rice.
