Ordered Dinner here at 7:00PM. Got a text shortly after confirming my order. It said pick up would be 7:25PM. My fiance and I headed to the restaurant and upon arrival, we found it was closed.. I called the number on the door and got no response..It is now the next day, I call the restaurant at 11:15 AM NO ANSWER – it hung up on me. I called twice. I just want a refund. I am on hold with customer service at the moment. Just baffled it allowed me to place and order AND CHARGE MY CARD. Working in the restaurant business for 10 years I COMPLETELY understand things come up and happened BUT at least put a sign on the door and make sure you can’t place an order if you aren’t open…

Third time I have ordered online and then had to wait over 20 minutes AFTER arriving for them to make my order. Today they decided to give away my crazy bread so now I have to wait. The last two times they closed early and my card was refunded. DO NOT COME HERE! If you must, just walk in. Don’t bother ordering online. Calling headquarters tomorrow. 2out of 3 times I’ve gotten nothing when going here. Closest little ceasers to me. 1rat time arrived 7:30 they were already cleaned up & refused to make a pizza for me although supposed to be open until 8. 2nd time got my order after a 20min wait. 3Rd time arrived at noon they opened at 11 gave my order to he kid behind the counter who proceeded to tell me they had no pizza dough I’ll be back

Placed a online order for 2 crazy breads and cheese pizza & said to pick up at 5:07-5:12.. I got there at 5:20 didn’t pull out till 5:35 and the guy didn’t even know there was a order and didn’t tell me to wait just had me sitting there and then tries to send me off with only crazy bread and I said I ordered a cheese pizza as well and come home and it’s pepperoni.
