THEY DO NOT WEAR GLOVES IN THE KITCHEN. It’s truly unfortunate. It’s pretty decent food for a decent price. It was actually one of my top picks in the area. On TWO separate occasions now (while picking up phone orders) I’ve witnessed workers handling food WITHOUT gloves. The first time i saw a guy rolling balls of ground beef(for burgers) BAREHANDED. This time someone was walking from one end of the kitchen to the other palming the makings of a sandwich. As i scanned the other kitchen workers I DIDN’T WITNESS A SINGLE PAIR OF GLOVES IN SIGHT!!!!!!!!

We were hungry for hamburgers and this place was suggested to us. The staff was super friendly. We let them know that since we had 14 people with us, they didn’t need to pull tables together is that was not available. But they were very accommodating.

Some of the best service I’ve had in a while, super friendly and pleasant. I asked for the burger medium rare, and it came out perfect, sourdough bun, it was the bomb. And comes with a choice of sides , for less than 11 bucks nowadays is a bomb deal. I’ll be back!

So I ordered two meals same order and they had two different receipts with two different totals which was weird and on top of that they forgot my cheese on both of them. Once I turned around and drove back I asked for some some cheese and the girl working the front gave me two cups. Same cup with different amounts of cheese .. I show the girl and she ask me what do I want her to do.. like is it really not common sense to service a customer properly?? Omg I don’t know how many chances I have to give this place but I was not happy please get the order right and don’t short customers on things they paid for and figure out why the registers gave two different prices for the same order please !!!

First time here, I ordered 14oz Ribeye cooked medium well, with mashed sweet potato, my husband ordered the Mahi with loaded mash, he enjoyed his food, mine was over cooked and didn’t really taste like a ribeye, more like a flank steak, the hostess was friendly and approachable, I’ll try again later in the future to see if other food would be better, but as of now I’m not going back any time soon

I came today and I have to say that even though the service is stellar, the consistency in cooking is always leaving me wanting to say somethingor get my money back. The steaks are harshly tuff. Seasoning, cooking temps etc. Consistency is a key that, @Brewsters needs to calibrate. And a convenience fee for using a credit card? Wow. Now that’s harsh.
