The food here is so DELICIOUS!!! The chef Carlos truly mastered his craft all the food is so savory and the birria tacos are absolutely mouth watering !!! Can’t go wrong at this place !! Margaritas are yummy too!! Staff is very friendly and service is fast! The mothership restaurant Sangria that is close by is nice but can NOT compete with the flavors the chef whips up in Taco Factory !

I felt like I was being ignored whenever I went here. Horrible service and a little intimidating while ordering. Also the wait time was crazy long for 3 tacos. 45 minutes and it wasn’t even busy.

The Birria tacos were incredible. Been craving them ever since I had them a couple days ago. Guacamole rice and beans were also delicious. I wish they were on Grubhub or had some kind of delivery service I’d be ordering all the time!

Almost there. I have gotten take out a few times and the food was very good. I ate outside for the fist time there this week. The food was very good but the service was not so good. The staff was very friendly but our waiter left and I could find him to pay the bill. I had to go inside and ask the cashier. I hope to see you improve. A great addition to Congers.
