I used to be a fan of this place. In my last several visits food quality its been really bad. I gave a try a few times at the downtown vancouver location. Went to the vancouver 4th plain location and it was even worse. That without mentioning the overpriced food menu. Definitely never going back to this chain company.

Food is good, prices have gone up. I’ve been going to this location for seven years now, and prices have skyrocketed within the last year. I used to pay 12 bucks for my usual order and my usual order is now almost $20 (nachos and large drink). I understand times are tough but that price for not only two items from the menu but also fast food blows my mind. Won’t be coming back for a while, very disappointing.

Pricier than expected, spent close to 15 dollars on a drink and burrito. Ordered a double meat burrito, but got only one meat in my burrito. The burrito was okay. Asked for extra salsa, but it is limited to three of those teeny containers. For 15 dollars, I would have hoped to be able to get some extra salsa.

I went in and ordered three small bean and cheese burritos for two people asked for two bags of carrots because again they’re for two sets of people and I was charged $1.84 for an extra bag because they’re small burritos seems a little ridiculous so if I would’ve just ordered two different times, it would’ve been not the extra money and it just doesn’t make sense and then the lady that was sitting at the front had the audacity to just brushed me off like I wasn’t nothing I will be reporting you guys the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous. You need to hire better and please if you’re going to have a place at the front the end they need to be respectful customers are always right.
