You can’t customize a sandwich if you order inside? Since when? I convinced my husband to give Jimi John’s one more try after 25 years. I am embarrassed for this franchise. Spent $26 on two sandwiches and was denied extra vinegar and oil on my sandwich. We were also denied customizing my husband’s sandwich in any way.

I ordered a Giant Caprese Salami which I love, however whomever made these sandwiches put too too much oil, too much pesto and too much mayo on them making the bread completely soggy and wet. Their was so much oil, it was leaking through the bag when I got home. If I didn’t live so far away, I would have returned them for new ones. Now I have sandwiches that I am usually delighted to eat but now have a desire to even consume. I will not be returning to this Jimmy John’s.

Great service!!! The food is always great and so is the customer service! Always greeted with a smile. One of the workers, I’m not sure if he’s the manager or not but he has a bunch of tattoos on his arms, he was so nice!! Very funny too. I couldn’t decide which sandwich I wanted and he kindly gave me some recommendations! Will definitely be coming back more often 🙂

Definitely not freaky fast. Me and my coworkers have ordered from this location a lot as we work real close and I am sorry but delivery usually isn’t that fast and so ordered pickup this time and it wasn’t fast either. After half hour someone just went over there to check on things and they made it after she walked in. I have given this location so many 2nd chances and I am finally done. The wait isn’t the problem it’s every single time I order something from this location my order is wrong. My sandwich is either lacking the certain meat or when I order dbl meat it’s only the standard amount, or if I take things off my sandwich it is never removed. So I know everyone’s experiences are different, this one is just mine.

Why would anyone eat here? The sandwich was fine. Nothing special, but fine. Thing is, you can make the same sandwich at home for a 3rd of the price that tastes exactly the same if not better, and sandwiches are incredibly easy to make, so why bother?

The management is very rude and the staff isn’t well trained. Ordered a sandwich and the woman said it would be here shortly.. I asked how long shortly would be because the last time i ordered it took a whole hour to be delivered. She then says 45 minutes. Why was I not told this before I ordered my freaky fast sammy?????Not fast at all 1hr wait times for delivery. Spoke with management and they used the excuse that nobody wants to work for then because unemployment pays more? Was also told that there is pretty much an indefinite hour long wait for deliveries. Not ordering from here any more.

The service is fast and the staff is friendly. They didn’t put the extra stuff on one of our sandwhiches that we ordered. We ordered “Little John’s” and I have to say that compared to the other Jimmy John’s this has been the most disappointing. They didn’t put a lot of meat on it compared to local JJ’s and it’s more like 4 to 5-5″ instead of 6.5″ like it’s advertised. Of course the food quality and taste is very good which is why I want the full amount of what I’m supposed to get.
