I’ve had so many bad experiences at this location. From the food not being warm, to the wrong order, to them always being out of a food item. Today I went to this location and spent $14 on food and drinks. They handed me my butter pecan frozen coffee with 0 whip cream, which is not how it is advertised in the picture. They did to this to me the other day as well, but today the man at the cashier window said it would be 50 cents to add the whip cream. I spend a lot of money at this location. Management here is terrible. Do better

Check your to go order. They go short on one item. This happened multiple times. I went back to ask after it happened twice, they asked me to bring my full order, not just the bill. So they expect me to pack all the food back from my dining table where my family is sitting around to eat and get my food I paid for.

This location has always been slow, but this morning I waited 12 minutes for a microwaved sandwich and still frozen hashbrowns. There were five people working the line and two cars in the drive thru, so they can’t claim they were short staffed or overworked.

I’m ticked off. The DD near my house constantly serves stale donuts and doesn’t follow any directions. So I drove out of my way to this location for a couple of fresh bagels. I was there before 6 a.m. and I assure you I was sold yesterday’s bagels. They are hard. I asked for un-toasted, sliced bagels with butter on the side. I received stale, un-sliced bagels with forks to spread butter with. I’ve had it. No more DD for me ANYWHERE!!!

Lack of attention to quality and customer service is instantly noticed, young staff members have trouble noticing you in driveway, along with never telling you how much your order total is. The coffee is alright, the only thing here worth your money. All other sandwiches come out disgusting covered in cheese, little to no effort to make a sandwich correctly. On top of that, half the time it is not even heated correctly. Whoever runs this establishment does not care for it at all.

This Dunkin usually gets my order correct. Today we had a bad experience. We ordered a Holiday Blend Coffee and a breakfast sandwich with cheese, bacon, and sausage (no egg). We received a regular coffee and a sausage/cheese sandwich that was burned. We went back thru the drive thru and they gave us the correct sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn’t taste the coffee until we left, and didn’t have time to go back. Get with it Dunkin on rt 83 Mundelein!
