Just to be blatantly honest, this area of town has more homeless people than many other areas. I am sure it makes it difficult to run a restaurant. The staff here does well. I have never been harassed for handouts inside the restaurant. The staff does well. The place is clean and the staff doesn’t do that thing where they turn their back to the counter and ignore everything. Overall, I prefer this restaurant to the nearby choices.

If I could give 0 I would . Okay today is Mother’s Day .. I woke up happy refreshed getting ready to go hiking . I said let me get a biscuit before the hike so I can have some energy. First off .. customer service at this location was horrible . Drive thru employee her name was Jaquetta N. I got the name from the receipt I kept . Please do better !! If she doesn’t want to work send her home . The attitude and the rush was for what . Okay so I drive off and I feel my bag my biscuit was so cold I just threw it out .. waste of time and money . I work for the corporate office of Wendy’s and to be honest I wasn’t expecting this from this Hardee’s location . Do better please!

I have been at this Hardee’s since 5 AM, which is the time that is listed that they open. The lights are on. There is a car parked in the parking lot. I pull up to order and no one comes on the speaker. I wait a few minutes I try to go back through and nothing again. It’s 6:06 AM now and I have wasted an hour of my time which is ridiculous to begin with, but I was trying to be patient. I went through the drive-through and nothing. No one came on speaker or to the window and there are now two cars in the parking lot. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This place is a waste of space as they only utilize the drive thru…was told they were closed was denied service as well as bathroom access.(while a car was getting food.) As a disabled citizen I’m appalled, and will be notifying corporate of this blatant discrimination. Will never waste money in a Hardee’s again.

Ordered breakfast yesterday around 730ish and it was disgusting. The eggs on all of my biscuits were cold and the three bowls of gravy I ordered looked like a bowl of runny white water not gravy. This it ridiculous as much as fast food cost employees needs to do their job. The girl started to charge me more than the actual total she was nasty rude and said the girl at the window will fix the price. Lastly I received NO Receipt. We will not be turning to this store again!

I wish I would’ve took a picture of this nasty breakfast that I just ordered today December 5, 2022 the breakfast was not fit for dog. The bacon was old and the manager claimed. Oh I just took the bacon out of the fridge this morning will baby it must’ve been old because it looked old so I got my refund she didn’t wanna give me the receipts yes ma’am I need my receipts and I went to McDonald’s and got a breakfast.
