Dirty, took 40 min to get food, didn’t come with sour cream, avocado, or tortillas (all included). Then I had to argue with the employee to give me the tortillas that we’re supposed to come with the meal. And man it is DIRTY and GROSS in this establishment. San Bernardino County Health Inspector….please help. Food was good though.

Ordered the mixed 10 piece family meal. All of the pieces of chicken were very dry, over cooked and hard to chew. I did the drive thru but I can tell and see just from the ordering window the restaurant was a mess and not the cleanest. I did receive all my tortillas and salsas. Ordered pinto beans, macaroni and cheese and broccoli on the side. These were ok and just decent. Really disappointed with the chicken being so dry and hard to eat. After reading the other poor reviews about the chicken being dry and how dirty it was inside with those dining in, I’m not surprised! I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend, plenty of other local spots that are cleaner and better quality.

Local here. Used to be my favorite place on the mountain under the old owners. Once it changed hands, it is no longer clean.Their Christmas decorations are still up in June, some decorations hanging from the fire sprinklers. One corner of the room is flooded from broken equipment. Salsa bar is no longer available/broken. Every table is dirty with food buildup from multiple previous customers. The bathrooms are disgusting.

One of the dirtiest and nastiest pollo loco I’ve been to. My wife and family came in on 8/15 around 12pm. First of all, no one inside the restaurant and it was a mess in the dining area. Next, the cashier very slow and all the staff messing around while no customers were present and they couldn’t even stop and clean.
