The guy working the window was THE BEST DRIVE-THRU EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. Sorry didn’t mean to yell there.. but I’d recommend going to this one and ask if Jaden is working and If he is you’re in for a treat he asked things I would have forgot.. drink holder, sauce, extra napkins! I know you think thats a norm for fast food believe me no fast food restaurant experience will be the same!! Watch I bet in 6 months he will be a manager!! Thanks Jaden! I’ll be back!

This was the best Arby’s experience I have ever had! I needed to feed my family while we were waiting for our car to be serviced at Sam Lehman Toyota. It was pure luck that one of our favorite fast food restaurants was in walking distance. However, the servers were incredibly friendly, welcoming and inviting. They quickly corrected my order when it came with curly fries instead of mozzarella sticks. The facility was clean and orderly. Workers communicated really well and were genuinely trying, which is unfortunately hard to find these days! We spent over an hour there and it went by SO quickly because of this helpful facility! Thank you Arby’s!

I ordered a large drink and a roast beef sandwich in the drive through. It took 15 minutes to get my sandwich. No apologies from the staff for the delay. Then I get home and go to eat my sandwich and the beef is so dry it might as well been beef jerky.

I would prefer to not post any stars! Went today to use a couple of gift cards we received from the company for a previous bad experience we had at this location. Extremely rude employee! We decided to give them another chance. I wanted a roast beef and cheddar. Pretty simple right? Well obviously not for these people. I did get the roast beef but not the cheddar cheese. They can’t even handle a sandwich that only has two ingredients! Well we are officially done with Arby’s!

I was so excited to see the indoor closed sign removed as I really wanted that indoor experience as it looks so nice inside. So, I got out of my vehicle only to be teased as all the doors were locked! WHY? I have been in my vehicle for 10 minutes now and and I just witnessed 8 other families walk away from this location as the indoor dining was not open. I would have just went through the drive thru, but I had a really bad experience with the drive thru last time. Plus, I really don’t want to sit in my car and eat my lunch. Please reopen the indoor dining asap. PS not a single family who wanted to go indoors went through the drive thru.
