Clean and helpful. Simple no frills decor. As many pictures show, large lump claw meat is in abundance. Lobster bisque would benefit from multiple smaller pieces rather than a few larger ones. The lobster is weighed so it’s consistent in size. Good to try for Out of Towner’s, but lobster prices are eyebrow raising compared to outside of the Maine area!

I was skeptical about this place because they have earned suspiciously high scores on everywhere online. So I drove about 3 hours to eat lobster rolls at the Maine Lobster Roll Company with my wife and son. First of all, I am very sorry to suspect the quality and taste of food from this restaurant. Their lobster rolls are perfect, everything was very tasty and incredibly fresh. The service from owners was very nice. We will visit any time soon. I am glad I found this place in Wilmington.

Never disappoints! Fresh lobster, transparent about the amount to expect, delicious rolls! My husband loves the soups. Expensive but, you get what you pay for and the quality of the lobster meat is top notch! Don’t mind spending the money when the food is this good.

Perfection in every bite, we ordered the stonington, the brinque, the chowder and the grilled cheese, where to start? The stonington was soft and the lobster is so fresh that it doesnt need anything!, the grilled cheese OMG, it is golden, crunchy and at the same time it melts in your mouth, good portions and the soups delicious. The reason? Fresh lobsters right from Maine. And then 100 points in cleaning, PLUS dont forget the nice, warm welcome from Chris and Lily. We will try the full menu. A Gem.

The Maine Lobster Roll Co. is a newcomer to Wilmington, bringing their specialty sandwich flavors & combinations from The Pine Tree State to The Port City. Since I am a huge fan of lobster and was craving a hearty lunch, I pulled up to The Maine Lobster Roll Co. What is appealing about this quaint spot in the center of a small strip mall, is that it could easily disguise itself as a physician’s or optometrist’s office if it weren’t for the text on the signage! Lol
