It always smell like stale moo water when I come inside this place. I live in mamk and I try to show support to the local businesses. I just can’t come to this one anymore. The guy behind the counter used to be nice, now he only speaks to a few people but not every customer who comes in. You are here to serve your customers, it’s not the other way around.

I tried giving this DD numerous shots at redeeming themselves. Unfortunately their coffee always tastes burnt. I always order an iced latte and it’s either the machine isn’t cleaned well or they are burning the coffee. Unfortunately if you order the snackin bacon that will be burnt as well.

I love Dunkin, but my experience here was pretty bad. The staff is rude, and the guy at the cashier doesn’t really speak or understand English (looked Indian?) so even after I asked to confirm the prices on deals and of certain drinks are included (to which he said yes), he was wrong and I was charged more and made to pay more because the order was made. I was then spoken to very rudely by some girl with long black hair, on top of getting stale donuts, being blamed and ripped off. I definitely will not be back!

@ 4:50 I came into the store to buy some food and a drink. . The cashier girl with long black hair refused to give me her name not only left me at the cash register for 20 mins to handle one persons order when me and the other customer was the only person in the store . In fact she was very rude and disrespectful she put my money on top of the counter took my order an didn’t even start my food. The way she speaks to people she deserve to get slapped so you better handle it because you’re gonna lose a lot of business

The worse coffee shop ever never want to order there thank you and they are horrible at giving orders and they don’t understand English or there United States capillarity and I never recommend this cafe too anyone horrible service they gave two wake-up wraps and mis calculated and didn’t give me my refresher so they completely messed there business up so don’t recommend this coffee shop too anyone enjoy

Parking is difficult with meters out front but not enough spaces. Service is friendly. The shop is kept clean and in order. The prices are higher then other Dunkin donuts though. They have a good choice of products but don’t have all the different donuts that other stores in this chain have.
