We had waited for nearly 7 minutes to even be acknowledged in the drive through. We were told to wait a few more minutes while they took the order of two newer customers first. We then were able to speak to the employee again and were AGAIN told to wait a few more minutes while there were no other patrons in line. We ended up leaving as they obviously did not want our business. Will not be going back.

This BK seems to have a lot of issues. I assume part of it is because they’re short staffed, but that’s not the whole story. On several occasions I have waited so long that I wondered if they were even open, and ordering delivery is hit and miss. The food is good and options are limited in Fairfield, so if you can afford to wait, go for it. I’m writing this as I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes. BK really needs to acknowledge this problem and explain what’s going on.
