This Waffle House has had its ups and downs. Each time I go in I never really know what to expect. My server David took good care of me today. But the food itself was very unevenly cooked I did like the eggs they were perfect but the bacon and the hash browns word unevenly cooked. The speed of the service was good everybody was getting their job done because it was really busy at the restaurant today. This is a Waffle House on Brainerd Road that I will go back to I do enjoy the waffle the most.

I work here and it’s great. We do our best to give you a great eating experience! Take it from me though… Your entire experience depends on who is working. I know that me and three other girls are great and do the best we can to give you good service, but there are some here that do not care AT ALL and will die before giving good service. It’s sad but the truth. Caleb will give wonderful service on second shift for sure! Also come see me at huddle house as well!

I tired calling in my order but the message said they were limiting their call in orders to take care of the customers. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. When I arrived their were 2 customers at a table.The waitress had a nasty attitude! She took my order and then threw my receipt on the counter. I handed her my card for payment. She then threw my card on the counter. When my order was ready she handed me my food and said nothing. She never smiled or once greeted me nor did she say thank you. Also a portion of my order was left out. I don’t know how this location is still in business.

They still have $5 meals at this Waffle House, which is awesome. The ones near us are $7, in Florida. Britt Brat was our server and was super friendly! The food was perfect and this photo shows what 5 bucks can still get you. At least in Chattanooga!

The food was good. The service was good. Our server was very personable and efficient. As I waited for them to clean off a table for us the cook had a hollering fit and gave all of the workers there… but unfortunately, the customers, too…an earful about how they were supposed to call out the orders as soon as they get them. That she wasn’t even able to go outside for a break because they keep coming to get her because nobody is calling the orders out when they take them! I’m sure that this is the truth, but she should have addressed this privately to the servers rather than screaming it across the restaurant.

This was the most gross, horrible restaurant I went to. You would seriously need waders to get through the dropped food, dishes and containers behind the counter. The staff was completely unobservant and inattentive to the point where when we’d regularly have food, we were waiting on our drink order. We finally left out of frustration. For the amount of people in the restaurant ( not many, who were also getting very frustrated) the service should have been much quicker, friendlier and the establishment should have been much cleaner. This was Christmas night and maybe there was an incentive problem to be there, but whatever the problem, it was a real problem

With the number of people working at the time I was I’m there versus the number of customers, I would have expected better service and not having to flag someone down to get the syrup for my waffle. Food was just ok, even for Waffle House: undercooked bacon, onion in my waffles not diced, rather chuncked.
