I stopped in because I wanted a quick lunch while I was in the area and the reviews were good. Now I know why. The service was quick, the workers were friendly and the food was delicious. There is a small eating area, so I wouldn’t bring a big group (8+) to eat there, but it’s your typical store front eatery. Basic amenities but all the essentials. I ordered the “drunken noodles” “Thai hot” with shrimp . The sauce was rich and delicious, the noodles were properly cooked, and the shrimp were juicy and plentiful. The veggies were fresh with a little crunch left. I was pleased with portion size, with an appetizer you could share it between two people. I will definitely keep this spot in mind the next time I’m looking for Thai.

Service was pleasant and fast for take-out. The Chai tea was excellent. We had the drunken noodles based off other reviews. The dish was excellent, but I didn’t find any noodles in my dish. When I opened the container I thought they gave me the wrong dish, but drunken noodles was written on the container. We also order the teriyaki chicken. That was very good also. The vegetables were fresh and the sauce was excellent. Portion sizes were small. I would have given 4 stars if there had been actual noodles in my drunken noodles dishes. That being said I will try their take out again. The taste was excellent. Definitely worth trying.

Very typical South East Asian mom and pop restaurant. Everything tasted authentic and even the spicy level was on that Asian taste range. Warning medium spicy is actually medium and mild has a slight kick (not American spice level sorry). The fresh vegetable and carb ratio of the dishes were perfect and the Thai coffee was very nostalgic. One of the employees/owners’ child was in the corner working on homework (sign for authentic asian food). The only downside was they appeared very understaff for the dine in portion. The cashier, hostess, and waitress was all the responsibility for one person. The food was quickly prepped, but the front staff was struggling to keep up with demand. I suggest take out/ pick up until they are able to maintain a good rhythm.

1 star is too many. This place deserves negative stars. Our order was missing 2 items. Tried calling the restaurant and you only get a full voicemail. Then when trying the basil fried with chicken, we found out it was raw. This is unsafe. And we ate the rice before seeing the raw chicken, putting our health at risk. Complete unacceptable for any restaurant to serve raw chicken. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Food is delicious, staff is so friendly and kind. The tofu salad is something I could eat every day. Very tasty and light, but filling and very unique flavor. The tofu is honestly the best I’ve had. Add in a free, refreshing Thai tea and it makes this my new favorite restaurant!! Oh and the Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles are also very good!

Eh. We ordered all chicken dishes. Pad Thai was flavorful but the chicken was dry and obviously over cooked. Kind of a hard Thai dish to mess up. The fried rice was good, again chicken dry and over cooked. Not sure I understand the half tomato in the container either. The wings were excellent as an appetizer. The chicken teriyaki I ordered for my little one was just strange. It was in a watery sauce that I didn’t understand, and again way over cooked – there was nothing enjoyable about it. Overall, there are much better Thai places in the area, but this is could be an option – I will try again and hopefully we get a better batch.

My husband and I were very excited to find a Thai restaurant so close to our new house. First and foremost, the man I talked to on the phone and the woman at the restaurant were SO nice. Second, I like to consider myself a Thai food connoisseur of sorts, and this place is 10/10. I had the yellow curry and quickly ate my first helping. My husband got the red curry and requested it be level 5 hot (They actually delivered a spicy Thai curry). We also got their fried wings (again, delicious, spicy and zingy). Can’t wait to support this small business again. If you want good Thai food, go here.

Delicious and contrary to other reviews extremely generous portions. We ordered the crab fried rice because Cleveland doesn’t have too many (if any) good crab fried rice (Pittsburgh was the closest spot to satisfy our cravings). The pad Thai was delicious (spice level 5 was very high so next time we will keep it at 3). The Thai iced tea was delicious as well.

Twice now, I’ve attempted to order from Cedar Thai via Doordash. The order is accepted, but upon arriving the Dasher finds the restaurant is randomly closed and the phones are unplugged. This place is probably not worth your time with so many other good Thai restaurants in the area. Consider Bangkok Thai or High Thai’d instead.
