This place takes family fast food eating to the next level. Aside from the excellent burgers and chicken, you can also get specialization such as rye bread, pot roast, and coleslaw, which sets it apart from some of the global brands. And don’t get us started on the amazing custard ice cream. It all feels very fresh and locally-produced so we always make stopping at Culver’s a priority when we’re on family road trips.

Food was good if maybe just a little bit too much salt was added to my cheeseburger. Onion Rings were okay but nothing special but they gave me plenty of them. I used the drive thru so that’s the reason I gave them 3 stars on service & atmosphere. I go there once in a while because I prefer smash burgers over parties & their burgers appear to be made from fresh ground beef.

My online order was late for curbside pick up. I ordered online and the response was that the order would ready in 5 minutes. I arrived at the parking lot 10 minutes later and waited another 10 minutes after texting “Here” as instructed in the email. I had to call in order to receive my order. Of course, the fries were starting to get cold by. I could tell that it had sat for awhile. Not sure what going on because it wasn’t that busy.

Ordered a chop steak dinner. Did not have any of the specifics no gravy or mashed potatoes. Husband was less than impressed. He took both orders back and the manager was very professional did the right thing fixed our order and made them fresh the right way. We’ve had countless occurrences of this sort this summer. We won’t be going back any time soon.

The food is usually good, but we never have a complete order without them forgetting at least one item. Being polite only goes so far and it becomes a headache to constantly have to manage the employees of a restaurant I don’t work for. This would easily be a 4.5 to 5 if they could consistently provide what was ordered.

Food is usually fresh and high quality. Drinks are usually good as well. Decently fast service and USUALLY friendly and respectful. In the last few weeks I’ve been to this same location 5 times. I live about a 10 minute drive away. All 5 times I’ve had an item missing. First was marinara sauce that I asked for and was printed on receipt. Next few days we went again and the medium cheese curds were missing, went back very next day and they said they usually don’t refund unless it’s same day, or I have the bag they gave me (which is ridiculous) even though I had receipt. Next visit they forgot both of my fries, had to go inside to get them. Next few days I went and got a double mushroom and swiss, paid for double got a single, checked everything else, that was only issue. Next couple days went with the receipt and spent 29$, got the same double mushroom and swiss combo, asked to take price of sandwich off for the mistake made two days ago, they declined and only offered 5% discount, I complained and said I paid extra for an item and didn’t receive it, ruining the whole dinner experience after driving home. The manager said “we can’t refund based off receipts, we need to make money too” and lightly slapped the cash register and walked away. I laughed in disbelief, told the window guy I was telling corporate and he chuckled and smiled and then said “they ain’t going to do nothing”. I drove off and checked the food, they forgot the marinara sauce AND ranch sauce for the large cheese curds AGAIN. I went inside and politely told the manager I thought that was unprofessional and not fair to me as a repeating customer. I am a manager myself and could never imagine talking to an employee like that especially a customer after simply stating they want a discount for being served incorrect items several times. This was Thursday, 4/27/23. I hope they learn some customer service skills, I’ve spent over 100$ in under 3 weeks at the same location. I’m well aware of the business having policy on the returns and refunds due to fraud and people that lie about it. However, I did call each time an item was missing to get my name put down and it rang non-stop even after several attempts. They said their phone isn’t working both times when I said I called about the mistakes. I usually never complain about fast food but when it’s repetitive and clumsy I feel the need to complain and ask for a refund. The business as a whole messed up a simple order repeatedly in a short span of time to the same customer and I felt ridiculed for asking for a fair return for bad business. Laughable
