I’ve been here three time in the last 3-4 months. The same gentleman is always on the line during the lunch rush. He is friendly, fast and really exudes leadership with the often times young or new employees. I love that you build a burrito but they actually mix all the ingredients up before they wrap it. It is so nice getting a bite of everything rather then a lump of one item like similar chains produce. Good food, great service!

I am not sure what is going on at Pancheros, but this was by far my worst experience here. It all started when I ordered a Tofusada burrito. There were only a few cubes left in the pan, so I thought they would go grab some more. But instead, this server only got a little over a scoop of tofu to provide, complete with all the grease at the bottom. He even joked that I wasn’t going to be getting much tofu today. What?

Went to Pancheros tonight & were told that they haven’t had chips for a month! Hello, find another provider. The burrito I had was made with semi-cooked rice that was hard. Also, their new queso is TERRIBLE!! The flavor is bad and was so thick by the time we got it home, we had to get it out in chunks. It will be a very, very long time before we go back there. Way back in the day, it used to be terrific and had good staff. Now, I wouldn’t waste your time.

Best burrito you’ll ever have. The tortillas are incredible and the queso is perfect. My absolute favorite and first thought any time I’m near Lansing.

It was my first time at this place. The chubby guy making the quesadilla was rude. He gave me as little portions as possible and when I asked for loiter bit more he marked it as extra portion. I can pay for extra, but all he gave me was almost the correct portion and charged me for food I did not get. There was slims no cheese, what is a casadilla with no cheese people. And I can not protest because they might do bad things to my food. Very bad experience, I will never repeat. Just go to Taco Bell

Ordered a bowl for take out to try this place for the first time. I paid extra for extra protein and guac but realized once I was home that I got neither. The bowl was mostly rice. The bowls at Chipotle are about 30% larger and you get more of everything so I’ll be sticking with them.

Got a virtually raw tortilla from one of the employees who also didn’t ask me any questions of what I wanted on my burrito outside of rice and beans. And when I asked for queso at the end I got the death stare of the century. Just head to chipotle, the night crew at Pancheros is terrible.

Cross contamination is a real thing and can give people allergic reactions on top of the fact that it’s against restaurant protocol. Having a dirty restaurant is not an okay situation, especially when customers can see the cleaning is not properly being done on your food stations.
