Payed $19 for two coffees with Oat milk. When asked if we can have the late be triple shot the clerk said we only do double pulls, so 2/4/6 etc but offered to still charge me for the two extra even if I wanted only one extra. I reluctantly agreed to just get quad shots.

Great service and drinks and pastries. I usually get a decaf light ice mocha and it tastes just how I want it every time. This is my go to place due to the good amount of sweetness in the drink. My husband loves their half sweet Black Forest mocha – regular espresso.

When I ordered coffee and a bagel, I was mistakenly charged for cream cheese. My purchase of cream cheese and gratuity were graciously returned. Since I live nearby, this is the only coffee shop I frequent, and they always treat me like family.

Came in Saturday and ordered my usual white mocha with brown sugar cinnamon syrup. When I got to the window the lady handed me my drink saying is you oat/brownsugar latte. When the next lady that was wearing a orange tie dye shirt handed me my bagel, I politely asked what I was given and she responded the same. I let her know that wasnt what I order, she got defensive and said ” I read back your order” I apologized and said I most not have heard that(I mean their drive thru is near a busy road). She asked what I’d like to do and I asked if she would remake me the drink I ordered. She told me I had to give the drink I had back, which is fine but I think there is a law about taking food and beverage back from a customer, again whatever the drink was gross. But what really upset me
