It seems that it’s best to go inside and order, or order over the phone. Don’t order from a food delivery service. Ed’s is truly good in it’s way. Yet, it’s always “something missing”. I just ordered a large pizza steak. It was gigantic! Enough for two people. Tasted fine, fresh! Yet garnish was absent. There is always something missing from an order that stops it from being an easy 5 stars. Quality of food is usually really good. Ed’s needs to get it’s self together. If it does, it will be a really great fast food takeout restaurant; tasty, fresh food

Everything I have gotten from here so far been very good! The counter girl who took my order was polite, the other line was ringing she politely asked to hold, came back to exactly where we left off on the order. Delivery was prompt, food was hot and fresh (fries were not soggy or fried in old oil). I will continue to order from here as long as they continue to provide good food and service. Recommend this place!

How do you sell someone old french fries and think the customer won’t know? Just had an order of cheese fries and the fries were hard and never were hot because the cheese was just sitting on the top. This place used to be good. Now going in decline!

They’re dishonest! I understand that prices will subject to change but it’s changed a lot! Like when the clerk broke down the price it’s did not make sense! So we end up cancelling! I don’t trust them. The prices on the menu are not the actual price and they will play with the price. When she told me the total I knew it’s didn’t make sense, it wasn’t off by like $10, $15… it’s was off by more than 30!! And poor manners at that, like I’m wrong for asking a harmless question..
