This is the second Wings to Go location in Jonesboro. I haven’t eaten here often but when I do it is comparable to the other location. The wings seem to be smaller compared to some other places’ wings. The variety of sauces cannot be matched by any other place in town. The food is good but I do prefer to go elsewhere for wings when eating them.

The manager was very quick to correct a mistake on our order! Very helpful and prompt. It did take a bit to be greeted when I came in though. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before one of the employees cleaning the dining room flagged down one of her coworkers to come greet me.

The food was good but the restaurant atmosphere and cleaning could be better. People at the counter acted like they really didn’t want to be there. And prices were way too high for portion size . Go to Buffalo Wild wings on Thursday.

They NEVER get a call in order correct. And if they get it wrong, something is missing, they refuse to refund it, you get a store credit. Today was my LAST time to get food from here. And just look at the celery. Great job, guys

Every time we order from the Alexander location by our house, the order is wrong. We order online or on the phone. We always end up making a second trip to get our correct order. Tonight 11/23 once again it was wrong.

Typically I get good service here, the front counter employees are very nice, however , today, when asked how much longer it would be, I could hear the cook hollering at employee to not ask again about any orders! Maybe move disgruntled cooks away from window where customers can hear their ranting. Just saying….
