I have been here a few times now and I’m very glad that we have a Panda Express in our immediate area now. The facility is brand new, clean kitchen and clean public areas and restrooms. The staff is really friendly and always greets me when I walk in. Even if they are busy (which doesn’t seem to be too often) the service is quick and efficient, but always done with courtesy and good customer service. The dine in experience is nice as well since the tables are always kept clean. The drink/napkin/utensil station is well kept and organized. The friendliness of the staff is what stands out the most about this location and I will be frequenting this location for the forseeable future!

I have been a regular customer at Panda Express for quite some time now, and I must say that their service has consistently been excellent. The speed at which they handle the drive-through orders is truly impressive. I can confidently state that I have never waited more than a minute or two in the drive-through line, which is significantly faster than most other restaurants I’ve visited.

Worst Panda experience ever. The beef was hard and dry, the chicken was hard and dry. The noodles consisted mostly of cabbage. The egg rolls were burned so bad we threw them away. No sauces, no fortune cookie. Take the time to drive too another location.

This is one of the worst experiences with Panda Express I have ever had. walked in to pick up my online order. So were about 10 people, just standing there waiting. 6-7 staff members behind the counter and taking drive thru orders, and ONE cook. One person on the wok. And everyone is waiting on the one cook! It looked like they were out of what people had ordered online.

We have been eating dinner here about once a week for the last 3 weeks. The food, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant have been very good. There is a sizable number of helpful staff members, working hard, which is a stark contrast to a couple of other fast food places nearby on Guilbeau.

Great food, easy to order online and pick up. I specify in the app “no ice” in the drink, but they ignore it. I’ve even asked at the menu when I drive up, but I still get ice. Also, I’ve asked for soy and mustard packets, and will get a variety of packets tossed in.

This location just opened, so employees are just learning the ropes and getting used to their work. We did come opening day and the servings were quite small and the food kind of cold, but today is much better in terms of portions and service. The dining room is much cleaner as well today. Give the location some time, and then draw your conclusions.

Eating here was one of the best choices that my family and I have ever made. The orange chicken with the chow mein and fried rice, and with the grilled teriyaki chicken was one of the best combinations I have ever experienced. The pay is good for the size and many people eat at this place.
