This is my second time coming to this location and once again I’m disappointed! I asked for crispy chicken and fries and I get soggy greasy chicken and half cooked fries. I’m done with this location. I tried to give an another try they just don’t care and the wait times are ridiculous!!

This Canes just opened and it is so busy! The food was really good as you would expect from any Raising Cane’s but I did notice the fries portion was smaller than usual. I think that the reason the portions are smaller is because of how busy they are and are trying to portion out to not sell out. The location is not a great place since drive through is crazy! What I did was order ahead on the app to avoid the long wait and even then I arrived when the food should have been ready and they did not have my food ready. It seems they don’t prepare your order until you arrive which is good so you won’t have a soggy bun and fries. Overall I’m happy with the place and I can’t wait to be a regular here!

I understand raising canes is a busy chain but waiting over a 1hr and a half for my food and when I do receive my order it’s cold my fries were not even ready I felt horrible , staff needs to do a better job
