I love the atmosphere in this place. There is very co artwork on the wall. The restaurant is very clean and has indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food here tastes great. Lots of choices to choose from on the menu. Plenty of parking because it located in a row of stores. I have been eating here for years and I am never disappointed.

Just not very good. I will say the Margaritas were adequate. The food was uninspiring, the service was unenthusiatic, and the atmosphere was worn. The menus, lord help them, are falling apart. The people that wait on yoh would rather be doing anything else. The food was exactly what you’d expect based on the appearance of the place. Go somewhere else.

The place is always packed and it’s a smaller restaurant. Seating is limited and it’s a bit cramped but I can understand why. There are no over-the-top decorations, no mariachi bands, no glitter and glam. They take their food seriously. The layout is cozy, authentic, and the food here is incredible. I’m vegetarian and not one other place in town knows how to do vegetarian like Carisilos. They use fresh ingredients, hearty grilled vegetables, and the wait staff treats you like family. Your plate always comes out fast and hot off the grill. Put Carisilos on your must-do list!

Picked this restaurant randomly when on a trip.. We were amazed.. The food was beyond excellent.. The portions, even the lunch special were huge.. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly.. The taco on its own little stand with a load of finely grated cheese on top with a perfectly cooked shell.. The service was also great.. Oh yes, very reasonable prices for the quality and quantity.. Usually when I stop to dine out of town I regret it.. This time I was ecstatic!
