I should have never given this McDonald’s another chance. Many, many times in the past, they have demonstrated their unworthiness to serve the public. BUT, after a good while, i decided to give them another try – bad decision. I just received two quarter pounders that were raw. I don’t mean pink….i mean RAW…blood dripping, red, raw. I threw them both out. I was so frustrated because I had already driven all the way home and didn’t want to drive all the way back to Clintwood. I called and spoke with the manager, and of course, she offered to replace them, which i declined. I told her that I was making her aware of it so no one gets sick, hopefully. She just said that maybe their grill settings were off and she would check it. I’m done with them. I’m really surprised that they haven’t been shut down for poor health inspection. I could say a lot more about some of the employees that I’ve seen working there, but the responsibility falls back on the manager. If a manager will not enforce personal hygiene of the employees, that manager should be fired.

Went thru Drive Thru, Lady at 1st window was somewhat friendly, woman at 2nd window that was giving us our order acted as if we a interruption to her. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a Pineapple Mango Smoothie… Take my advice and do not waste ur hard earned $3.49 on what sounds and looks like a yummy drink (if ur like me and fall for the misleading photo on the menu) bc it looked like newborn infant diarrhea… Sorry… But it did and tasted like what I imagined Soured tomatoes that have sat out in the sweltering sun for days to taste and smell like. I would have taken it back but was taking lunch to my husband and didn’t have time. I don’t if that is how it’s supposed to taste or not? Either way that disgusting drink should be taken off the menu and apologizes given to every customer who bought one
