Keep getting orders wrong waited 10 minutes for the wrong coffee. Ladies at the pick up window are kind and try to make it right. Used my whole 30 minute lunch break just to get the right coffee. The first one was undrinkable. It was so disgusting. The girls in the back fixed it for me and it still wasn’t what I asked for but it was better than the first drink that they gave me so… Still unsatisfied with the coffees here but I just wanted coffee for lunch and that got completely messed up. I didn’t know it was so hard to make coffee. Please educate your workers on how to do these things so that they don’t get overwhelmed and make it incorrectly and waste product.

I made the mistake of being in a hurry and stopping here once again . There has NEVER been a time in the past yr that they have not messed up our order ! Waited for 19 minutes for 2 happy meals and a double cheeseburger! Nobody in line in front of me ! Was so aggravated about waiting, walked out without my children’s drinks for their happy meals! Why oh why can’t they do something about this ! From the upside menus to the rude employees that look at you like you’re dumb when you’re a paying customer! Pull up 9:30 at breakfast time still order fast, Paid fast, after that down hill, pull up to the window have me the milk, told to pull in spot 2. Approximately 10 minutes gone by other cars come and left. Had to walk in and get my order. Did not order anything crazy just a #7. Sad they won’t 15:00 hour .
