The food I got was not even warm. I was missing multiple items and the items I did get barely had anything in them. I love Taco Bell but I will not be returning to this location. I suggest driving to Lindsay if you’re craving Taco Bell even if it’s farther lol. This location doesn’t really care and hasn’t for awhile.

So barely leaving the parking lot, I opened my damn Taco and it basically falls apart in my seats of my new truck which I now have to have cleaned. So thanks for your attention to detail on handed me a broken taco because you were too lazy to correct it.

Three bad experiences in a row and I’m out. Unfriendly and lazy employees. I got home only to realize they gave me the completely wrong order. I went back to get my correct order. They gave me the box only again to see I’m missing food items and the dipping sauce for the dipping taco. I feel bad for these guys because if you can’t take pride in and do one of the easiest jobs out there, life will be rough for you. Do better.

I go to this Taco Bell location often (Opposite Homeland on Robinson Street in Norman, Oklahoma.) I have always felt very welcomed by the crew, the food is always very good, this is a very clean and well managed facility and the music is awesome. The atmosphere is so good that I always choose to dine in rather than take out! Good job to the members that run this place and to Taco Bell for the excellent experience.

15 minute wait because their doors are locked for the lobby after opening. No sign posted, nothing. You can sit down at a restaurant and receive your food faster than this place. Food was room temperature. No employees had hair nets on and didn’t appear to have gloves on either. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Close down if you can’t operate efficiently and effectively.

Just went through the drive-through not only did I have to repeat my order twice. Once I received my order, nothing was correct and poor service. Tacos were soggy and They were falling apart.. would not recommend anyone going and wasting their money on this facility! If you want Taco Bell, you’re better off driving to 12th St.

Friendly drive-thru staff, but there were issues our order (missing chipotle sauce on the chipotle ranch chicken burritos, a completely crushed taco, and poorly-wrapped items that leaked grease through the bottom of the bag). I didn’t open the order until I arrived at home, or else I would have gone inside to address the issues/ask for items to be corrected.

I went here for lunch, one table with people, maybe 3 people in drive thru. We waited at least 10 minutes with workers looking right at us 2 on the line one in the drive-thru, and im pretty sure someone in the office, but they never even stuck their head out the door. I literally had to go out and get in my tuck and go through the drive thru to be waited on. Ps drive thru worker was awesome he is the only reason i am giving this a 3 star. It was very disappointing from a place i worked at 20 years ago being run so pourly. I hope things get better.

**Edit** 2 months later and still the same practice of getting all drive-thru orders done first and not caring about their inside guest. Will be submitting a report to Taco Bell.
