When we first came here they got our order wrong a couple times. However, the manager on duty was really nice and understanding (better than Polaris manager). Ever since our veggie burgers have been spot on. The food itself is really good! The veggie Pattie’s taste really good. Would highly recommend this location!

Look no further than Shake Shack for your next burger, fries, and milkshake. Self-service kiosks make for an easy ordering experience, paired with table side delivery. The food is great and stands above the competition; however, do not expect to pay five bucks for a meal.

Slowest Drive Thru Ever! For a new place I would assume the it would be organized and managed well but actually the opposite. Food was 3/5 for me which should be 5 for being a new place. The cashier was totally highly and shouldn’t be at the window. I was truly disappointed with this location. I will not be back to this location and would not recommend with the current staff!

Drive-thru lunch, first time trying Shake Shack. Wanted a shake but they only have 1 size and it’s almost $7 so I opted for a small blood orange lemonade which was interesting (they were out of sunset lemonade). I got the smoke shack burger (cheeseburger with bacon, chopped cherry peppers, and a spicy mayo). The bun would be a lot better warm but was served cool so it threw off the experience. The burger itself was good, the cheese was melted – a must, but the bacon was not well cooked. I can’t stand white stringy fat on bacon on a burger, yuck, so that had to come off. The chopped cherry peppers were actually really good and the spicy mayo added a nice flavor blend, but there was TOO much of it. I used 4 napkins to get it off my hands before abandoning the top bun. To round out the meal I got regular fries, and for $4 they were decent fries but dang – $4 for crinkle cut fries. The burger and fries were served in super cute brown food boxes, that’s probably why the whole meal cost almost $16. Would I go back? If friends wanted to meet there for lunch, sure. By my own volition, no.

DO NOT GO HERE!! We Ordered 2 shack burgers 1 with bacon and 1 without asked for them well done and I think to be funny they gave us 2 of the pinkest burgers I’ve ever had. Absolutely disgusting spent $45 total including fries and drinks and barely ate half of 1 burger and 3 bites off the other. Never going again

I’ve been here twice since it opened, and both times had order issues and mediocre/slow service. Overall it’s shiny and new, but it’s costs are prohibitive and needs more caring/fast service. It’s meh. But hopefully it will work better the longer it’s open.

Stopped in today to try the White Truffle Burger and Cream Sickle shake and they did not disappoint my taste buds at all! The price point on the burger is bit high at 9 dollars for a single, making it an indulgence for most everyone on a budget.

First time customer at Shake Shack. Ordered online for inside pickup 30 minutes later. Our order (for two cheeseburgers and two fries) was ready on time, actually a couple of minutes early. It was totally correct; food was warm and quite tasty. Price was right in line with their competition, under $19.00 this time, less than $10/person.

Shake Shack shakes are always delicious, but this time we decided to try the new Avocado Bacon Burgers. We paid and sat down for dine-in. Food & service were prompt and very friendly, but our burgers had no avocado, which is a big chunk of the price ($2.00 per burg). I brought this to staff’s attention, and the manager, Jason, made it right. He was polite, kind, and very attentive. Excellent staff — but they definitely need more avocados

They forgot my cheese sauces I paid for as well as the honey mustard. They also somehow put fries in the box that was supposed to be chicken.. put the dope down employees of Shake Shack Dublin.. now I know why they don’t give receipts this was a fresh order through the drive thru today at 12:15
