We made a mobile order thinking it would save time. The order was not started until we “checked-in”.After we got the food, the potatoes were not hot, and the taco salad that was supposed to have extra meat on it barely had the regular amount. This is not the first time lately that the accuracy and quality of our food has not been that great.

We always like Taco John’s when we’re traveling. This one made out ‘favorites’ list because of the great staff. It was near closing, but they were ready to serve us. Each employee was super friendly, outgoing, and helpful. The food was great, but it will be the people working there that we’ll remember most!

If i could give lower than one star i would. The lady at night was exceptionally rude, and when given food it was cold. I asked for hot food and she just shrugged her shoulders and said everything is fresh. Finally got warm potatoes and when given them she said here and practically threw the bag… Won’t ever be eating here again.

Is Taco Johns losing it’s status? I used to love it more than Taco Bell, but since I’ve moved, I’ve developed a love for Taco Bell. But when I come here I have Taco Johns and I was not impressed with their soft taco. I won’t get those anymore.

We were super stoked to stop here as we haven’t had Taco John’s in forever since we moved and there’s not one near us in Louisiana. I’m so glad that we did the atmosphere was very clean the staff was very courteous and friendly and it’s probably the freshest fast food I’ve ever had you can tell it was just cooked and the taste was awesome!!

my wife bought me a 200.00 gift card for christmas and every time we try to use it there is always a problem from we don’t know how to use it or the computers are not working and we can’t use it tonight they said they had new equiptment and it wouldn’t work so I am carrying around a gift card we paid for and the help is so rude and don’t care ,so I am going to take my loss and go on with my life but I will tell everyone how we were treated your help is awful and could care less

Went in to eat after a softball game. The place was completely dead, not a customer in sight, 4 people working. The white guy behind the counter was high as a kite and couldn’t make a complete sentence to save his life. I ordered a meat and potato burrito, grilled chicken with no tomato, along with other things. HE rang it up wrong because my daughter heard me say grilled chicken. Got the burrito and it had beef on it. I nicely took it back to the counter and told them it was supposed to be grilled chicken with no tomato. Guess what!?!? It was grilled chicken but loaded with tomatoes. So many there would have been nothing left if I picked all of them off so I threw it in the trash. Please tell me why they cannot get one burrito correct with 4 people working and by this time a car in the drive thru and one more person in the lobby?? Nacho cheese was cold, quesadilla tasted like bbq sauce and said dude behind the counter was more worried about vaping outside than he was anything else. Biggest waste of $40! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!

Visited Cape Girardeau a couple weekends ago and decided to try something we don’t have in Indiana – Taco Johns isn’t even comparable to Taco Bell since you can tell they use $100 ground beef. The staff were sweet and the order for 2 of us was under $10! It was just a quick bite – but it did the job!

Pleased w the potato oles breakfast. Both the sausage one I had and the bacon one I finished of the wife’s. She wasnt not a fan. She enjoyed it all but forgot to request no eggs. Not a sole there beyond us and two crew members at open. Thanks for being hospitable.
