I ordered through Bite Squad. I got teriyaki wings, a loaded baked potato, and a cheese burger kids meal. I bit into a wing and it wasn’t tender at all, like they weren’t fully done. I added them all in the air fryer for 10 mins which made them easier to eat and crispy because they weren’t before. The flavor was good but I wouldn’t order teriyaki again. The baked potato had sandwich cheese on it which I don’t understand. Why wasn’t shredded cheese used instead? What would make anyone think that fake American cheese would be good melted on a baked potato? It wasn’t. This made it taste completely artificial. I could only eat a few bites before chucking it.

Food is decent. But I ordered extra celery with no carrots with my wings opened the box and the fries are soggy and I have the smallest 2 pieces of celery and 2 tiny carrots. It’s sad the ticket said NO CARROTS, problem is they charged me for extra celery as well. Bad business and most likely won’t be back.

I come to jacobs often to get their chicken and it’s usually good.. this time I came the first batch wasn’t fully cooked, so I returned them and they replaced them. I bit into one and noticed they still wasn’t done, I called to speak to the manger to ask if I could just get a refund, she told me there was no way they couldn’t be fully cooked and that they checked them, and it wasn’t nothing she could do for me. She made it seem as if I was trying to get something for free when I was willing to DRIVE BACK UP THERE and show her that the bone was pink and not cooked done

Our family ate here for the first time tonight. We ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, cheeseburger, grilled cheese, and the philly cheesesteak sandwich. We ended our meal with baklava. The food was fantastic! It is cooked to order so it’s not fast, but worth the wait. The bread on all the sandwiches was so soft. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m sure we’ll be coming here more often.

Okay so. Carry out is the deal now. Wings are small and TOUGH. Just see. Pic depicts. Burgers…. No changes or subs. It is Well Done, burnt to yuk. Fries are the only thing saving lunch today. By the way, their ranch for the wings sucks so I used left over ranch from wing stop. I’ll be picking up carry out from Buffalo grill next time.
