Love the chicken, however a small investment in the esthetics of this place definitely would not hurt. Gentleman that took my call in order was extremely polite!!! He actually picked me up from one of those days when everything irritates you and nothing goes right. He was so polite, friendly, and attentive when taking my order. Didn’t see him when I went in to pick up the food but wherever he was busy working I’m sure he was smiling. I could hear the pleasant smile through his speech.

I chose to try this restaurant because it’s minority owned, I had heard good things and there was a cash back offer on Upside. It was just ok to me. Staff was friendly, they had fresh cut French fries, prices were good and chicken was crispy. Yet, I wasn’t impressed and beware of the numerous holes in the parking lot.

I was hoping to update with a better result, but I called in my order at 11:30 right when they opened, they said 30 minutes, already knowing they take double that we waited an hour to pick it up, but at 12:44 they said another 15 minutes. So they still fall way short of timelines and service. No improvement mean lack of care for others time.

The chicken is good but for the wings are too small for the price they charge. I purchased a four piece wing combo with fries no drink and my husband got a six piece combo no drink. His six piece was $17.99 and mine was around $14.00. I don’t mind paying for good food but at least let it be worth it.

It’s pretty good chicken. I’m a person who likes seasoning on everything. It’s very affordable compared to some of the local chicken places. It’s always hot and fresh down to the fries. It doesn’t get soggy. The location is good not a lot of traffic going or leaving. My new chicken place.
