Delicious gluten free breakfast. I never had to cry over food until an allergy diagnosis in 2009 forced me to have to relearn how to cook and how to eat. I never wanted to be a diva about food, but sometimes it is hard to eat out because restaurant staff don’t understand and also have to relearn how to cook. There are more gf options these days, but I still cry sometimes. I’m not used to seeing artwork on the plate set before me. To the management, staff and chefs…..thank you.
