I went there for brunch with my girlfriends and we had a great time. Food was great. Their tater tots were not your regular tater tots. They we like fried cubed mashed potatoes. They we extra crispy so that was a win. Will def go back there again. Service wasn’t too great. Our server didn’t come back to see if we wanted more drinks or refill our water. Good thing the food was great to make up for it.

We sat at the bar and just had cocktails but they were all pretty good and so were the appetizers. I had never been here before but if you’re looking for a place for a quick bite and a cocktail this is a solid stop in old town.

Enjoyed this unique restaurant during Alexandria restaurant week. Mussels, crab cakes, rib tips, and chef cut steak.

First time dining here. We took our daughter for brunch for her 25th birthday. Great atmosphere, great food with full servings. My only issue this day was the St. Patrick’s Day parade happening on King Street at the same time we were dining. When you go, make sure there are no other city events happening. I’m looking forward to going back for dinner.

My sister and I came for brunch and had a wonderful time. She has a food allergy so its important to find the right restaurant. The cinnamon roll, buttermilk pancakes, deviled eggs and shrimp and grits were delicious. Great food. Excellent service. Cozy atmosphere. Will definitely go back!

Terrific food and, initially, thoughtful service in a comfortable modern dining room. Shout out for the scallops and grits (superb) and shrimp and grits (delicious.) The compressed watermelon salad was refreshing, although the molasses in the salad dressing could have used a lighter hand. Excellent cocktails, good wine list.

I love this place. We went first whenever it was Jackson’s 20, and oh boy, it has improved so much since it was remodeled. We went for our four year anniversary dating, as I met my now husband for a date here. The service was fantastic, they were very accommodating to our table request, and they received us with a champagne toast, as well as a written card from the K&R family. The menu is fantastic, thanks to a CIA graduate, and they do a lot of seasonal menus that are creative, upscale, and scrumptious.
