We Are Perfect in Our Own Way

I visit here alot as it’s my favorite fast food place. However, the service has really gone down hill! Last time I was in there I stood there for over 10mins with nobody upfront. When the worker handed out two people’s orders she didn’t even look at me & just turned around & walk away! I was on a 30min lunch break & ended up leaving after 15mins of NO SERVICE! Not 1 person working there made eye contact, said a word to me, never even acknowledged I was there! I didnt have lunch this day because of this incident. Super disappointed that they dont train people anymore to have some type of Customer Service Skills! It goes along way. I dont think I’ll be returning here anytime in the near future because of this. Just sad.

Got a Buttery Jack Cheeseburger with medium fries, large ice tea and a chocolate shake. For 19.33$ The price was a shock and although the food was fresh there was nothing special about the taste or quality. My one very large lettuce leaf helped the catsup escape the bun, glad I held the mayo =) the staff at the drive through were super nice I just wouldn’t spend 20$ to go visit with them.

I went through the drive through last night with my family the male manager was very rude we kept having to repeat our selves several time be for he finally under stood what we wanted and on one of the burgers we asked for no tomato and no ketchup do to it messing with a family members stomach and instead we were given extra tomato and extra ketchup that family member ended up having to trade with another family member and we were the only one in line we did not get our receipt and told to move out front very rudely and as soon as we had bearly parked he came out and the bag was falling apart it looked like it had gotten wet this has not been the only time we had to deal with very rude employees there we would not go back if it wasn’t the only one open late at night. if i could give a 0 star i would but unfortunately you have to give something so i guess one star will work

Walked in at 10:05 and stood at the counter for several minutes. There was other people eating in the restaurant. A man came to the counter and said we’re closed, you’ll have to go to the drive thru. Ridiculous! Their sign says open till midnight. So we went to the drive thru and had to repeat the order to the lady a couple times. I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger. We left and drove home. I opened my burger and it was a regular ultimate cheeseburger . They could of just taken 5 minutes inside and taken our order since they didn’t lock the doors or put a closed sign up.
