I am not a negative review person but when we placed an order for a Philly cheesteak he rudely said no. So my 12 year old son asked for cheese fries and he said it’s not melted cheese as if he couldn’t be bothered for an order then he said something in Spanish and walked away. 1 star is all that is needed for the unbothered customer service.

I’m not the type to write bad reviews, but I feel like this is warranted. Where I work, we only have 30-minute meal times and so I was looking for a quick, cheap, and convenient alternative so I decided to get a stromboli here. BIG MISTAKE, as if the employees standing around doing nothing, literally ignoring me although I was the only person in line, wasn’t enough to make me walk…when one of them actually helped me, it was super awkward and unfortable and I practically had to play charades just to get a measly stromboli that was not worth more than $7. Honestly, I’m glad tipping wasn’t mandatory, cause I would’ve zipped them. Not to mention, another person came up and they knew Spanish and they got more attention and service than I did…yeah, that was not right. In addition, it made me late clocking back to work.

The pizza wasn’t fresh at all, but it was expensive. The two guys behind the counter were watching and/or listening to something on a TV or radio and really didn’t want to be bothered to wait on us. I ordered two slices of cheese pizza and a drink, which was the special, but the employee told me he misunderstood or didn’t hear me when I ordered the special with the drink. I yelled at them, “Ustedes no quieren ayudar a los clientes!” They were surprised that I addressed them in Spanish and tried to offer me a drink, but I refused it. I was already angry with the way they were so rude, lazy, and neglectful. This occurred at about 7:00 in the evening. There was no excuse at all for their trifling behavior.

Rudest staff ever. Doesnt speak or understand English. Overpriced. The food is always cold. $40 for 3 slices of pizza, a garlic knot, a small bowl of pasta and 3 small drinks. Almost $5 for a slice of pizza. The Rosa’s pizza in frederick is the best and always has been. The food is always fresh, the staff is the same its been for 15+ years. It cost more to buy 3 slices then it was to get a whole pie. This place needs a new owner.

The lady is sweet the guy a bit grumpy tho. I ordered then he came out all cranky saying something in another language about cash only no credit cards. Guess the card machine was down but he didn’t have to be so grouchy! I didn’t know well thankful hubby had cash and we got hubby his extra extra large pizza.

The young Male cashier was very rude and condescending. I’ve never had someone talk to me the way he did and in front of other customers. It’s individuals like him that give young people a bad name. There were 2 adults working as well and didn’t apologize for his actions. Won’t spend my money there again.

Worst service ever. The guy didn’t understand English so I pointed to what I wanted which was a pepperoni and sausage Stromboli and he gave me a green pepper and onion Stromboli instead. On top of not getting my order right, the soda he gave me was flat. I will NOT recommend this restaurant.

Always love coming to Rosa pizza when I’m at the mall. The pizza is delicious and the employees are attentive and so friendly. They always make sure I am well taken care of. I would love to see more businesses like this in Hagerstown. Keep up the great work!
